How to Order

Please provide details of service required on a covering letter included with your order. Please provide a daytime contact phone No. and post code, and where possible an email address.

Return Post:

Please state the return post option you require for return of your films/prints/Cd's. Rates are:

Royal mail 1st Class Post - £2.00 per order. NB please see note below re large prints.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service (traceable) - £3.00 per order.

Except for 12 x 16 and larger print orders where 1st class post is £3.00 per order and Recorded Delivery service is £4.00 (due to extra packaging)

Guaranteed Next Day delivery on all packages - at cost. Please note that a surcharge is payable in addition to the normal cost if a package is to be delivered on a Saturday, otherwise packages posted on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.

International rates will be quoted on request.

Customers local to Crewe may drop off and pick up work to save on postage costs and time. Please ring to arrange this.

Making Payment:

We prefer payment by personal cheque with order, made payable to 'D Dawson'

We can also take on line card payments. We will email you an invoice if you wish to pay by this method. Please note we will add 4% per order to the invoice total to cover the transaction fee.

Business terms are strictly payment at time of ordering.
