Terms and Conditions

Our Business terms are payment at time of ordering.

Normal Lab turn round time for orders is around 5-7 working days.

If you require a quicker turn round please telephone before sending material. We will endeavor to meet your requirements.

We take every possible care to avoid damaging your films and as we hand process the likelihood of damage or films lost in our lab is very remote. Our liability in respect of films, negatives, and slides lost or damaged by Cheshire Photo Lab shall be limited to the cost of replacing the materials

We cannot take any responsibility for films, Cd's, or memory cards lost in transit to us, and although it is rare for items to go missing in transit, you may wish to send items recorded delivery.

Please keep a copy of any digital file you send to us either by email or on CD, as files can become corrupted. We can then ask you to resend them if necessary.
